Inspection that produces numbers, not opinions

A visual walk-down tells you what a surface looks like. It does not tell you how much steel is left. We combine visual inspection with non-destructive testing — ultrasonic wall thickness, magnetic particle and dye penetrant — so integrity becomes a measured value that can be trended from one campaign to the next, and a shutdown can be planned instead of forced by a leak.

Corrosion under insulation, and the defects you cannot see

CUI is the failure mode that hides. We strip, inspect and reinstate cladding and insulation on process lines and vessels, logging every finding against its location so the next campaign starts from evidence rather than from scratch.

Lifting equipment, valves and rotating plant

We inspect, test and certify lifting gear, slings and shackles — every item tagged and colour-coded so it traces back to its certificate, its rated capacity and its last inspection date. Alongside it we run planned and corrective maintenance on valves, pumps and rotating equipment, either at the work front or in our Viana workshop.

Every campaign closes with a report your integrity engineers can act on: findings, measurements, photographs and a recommended intervention window — onshore and offshore.
