Tank, vessel and process cleaning

We clean crude and product tanks, separators, vessels, heat exchangers and process lines using high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure water jetting, with ATEX-rated equipment wherever the atmosphere demands it.

Confined space entry treated as confined space entry

Hydrocarbon vapour is heavier than air and settles at the bottom of the tank — which is exactly where the work is. An open roof changes none of that. Every entry runs on a permit, with gas testing before and throughout, forced ventilation, a standby man at the opening and a rescue plan that has been rehearsed rather than filed.

Where abrasive blasting is not an option, ultra-high-pressure water is: no airborne grit, no abrasive residue to recover, no spark risk near live process. It lets cleaning and surface preparation run alongside production instead of waiting for the next shutdown.

The waste is part of the scope

Sludge, scale and contaminated water do not stop being our responsibility the moment the tank is clean. We quantify, contain and track them through to licensed disposal, and the documentation comes back with the job.
